Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SkyBridge, an independently operated online business based in Mauritius, handles personal information on this website, sky-bridge.dev. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].

Information we collect

• What you send through our contact form: your name, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. Sending the form is voluntary, but we need all four to send your enquiry. Please don’t include sensitive information.
• Technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request.
• Usage information from Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Our contact form

When you send the form, our server checks it for abuse, including a Cloudflare Turnstile security check, and then emails it to our team mailbox, [email protected]. We use your email address to reply to you, and you receive a reference number so that you can follow up. If the security check can’t be completed, you can always email us directly instead.

To limit abuse, our contact service keeps your IP address in memory for no more than 24 hours. Its logs record a scrambled identifier that changes every day, not your name, email address, message or IP address. Our web server also keeps standard access logs, which may include IP addresses, to operate and secure the website.

Cloudflare and Turnstile

This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides encryption, content delivery and protection against attacks and automated abuse, and processes technical information such as IP addresses to do so. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending it. Cloudflare may set cookies that are strictly necessary for this security.

Email with Microsoft 365

Contact-form messages are sent and stored using Microsoft 365, which we use for our business email. Copies are kept in our team mailbox so that we can answer and follow up on your enquiry.

Google Analytics (optional)

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website, for example which pages are viewed. It is not loaded unless you accept. We have turned off advertising features, Google signals and ad personalisation; we send page addresses without any query string; and we never send your name, email address or message to Google.

Cookies and your choices

• Your cookie choice is stored in your browser (as sb-consent) so that we don’t ask on every page. We ask again after six months, or sooner if this policy changes.
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_…) are set only after you accept.
• Cloudflare security cookies may be set to protect the website.

You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page. Turning analytics off stops further measurement and removes Google Analytics cookies from your browser. It does not delete information already sent to Google.

Where information is processed

Our web server is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Singapore. Cloudflare, Microsoft and Google operate internationally, so your information may also be processed in other countries outside Mauritius. We are still reviewing the safeguards that apply to these transfers.

How long we keep information

• Contact enquiries: provisionally, we keep enquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we need them for longer for an ongoing client relationship or a legal reason. This period is still under review and may change.
• Abuse-prevention data held by our contact service: no more than 24 hours.
• Your cookie choice: six months.
• Web server logs and Google Analytics data: we are still confirming these periods and will add them to this policy.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to our email system, an isolated contact service, automated abuse protection, and contact-service logs that avoid recording message contents or raw IP addresses.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be able to ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to how we use it, or to withdraw your consent. Email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity first.

Complaints

Please contact us first and we will try to help. You may also be able to complain to the Data Protection Commissioner in Mauritius, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we will update the date above. If a change affects analytics, we will ask for your cookie choice again.
